Are your gemstones natural and certified?

Yes. Every gemstone we sell is natural and comes with a free lab certificate from a recognised gem testing laboratory. You can verify the certificate number with the lab.

What is ratti and how does it relate to carat?

Ratti is the traditional Indian unit of gemstone weight. We use 1 ratti = 0.91 carat (1 carat ≈ 1.10 ratti). Every stone shows both.

Is the stone in the photos the one I will receive?

For single stones, yes — each listing is one specific stone with its own photos and video. For “select your carat” products, we can send you a video of the exact stone on WhatsApp before dispatch.

How long does delivery take?

Loose stones are usually dispatched in 1–2 days and stones set in a ring or pendant in 4–5 days. After dispatch, metro cities usually receive the parcel in 1–3 working days and other locations in 2–7 working days. Check your pincode on any product page.

Is shipping free and insured?

Shipping within India is free, and every shipment is insured at no extra cost to you.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery is available on orders above ₹5,000.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return or replacement within 10 days of delivery. The product must be unused and unaltered, and returned with its original certificate, invoice and packaging. Every request goes through a quality check. See the Return and Exchange policy for details.

Can my gemstone be energised?

Yes. On request, your gemstone is energised with Vedic pooja before it is dispatched.

Which gemstone should I wear?

Traditionally, gemstones are chosen based on your birth chart. Share your date, time and place of birth with our experts on WhatsApp for a suggestion. Gemstones are worn as a traditional practice; we do not promise specific results.

Where does your rudraksha come from?

Our rudraksha beads are sourced from Nepal and come with a lab testing certificate.
