Wallet & Cashback Policy

Savings on every purchase — straight into your Dhanlaxmi Wallet. This page always shows the rules that apply right now.

1. What is the Dhanlaxmi Wallet

Your cashback is kept in your account as 💎 Diamonds that you can spend on your next purchase at dhanlaxmigems.com. 1 Diamond = ₹1. See your balance, upcoming cashback and full history in My Account → Wallet.

2. How you earn Diamonds

• Cashback offers — on selected products, part of what you pay comes back to your wallet as Diamonds.
• Cancellations / refunds — if an order you paid with Diamonds is cancelled, those Diamonds return to your wallet.
• Special Diamonds — from time to time our team gifts you Diamonds.

3. When cashback reaches your wallet

1. As soon as you order, the cashback shows in your wallet as “pending”.
2. When the order is delivered, it is added and ready to use.
3. The cashback for each order is listed in your wallet history with the order number.

4. Validity (expiry)

Cashback is valid for 180 days from the day it is added to your wallet. Any unused cashback expires automatically after that.

Gifted Diamonds may have their own expiry date; it is written next to them in your wallet history. Diamonds returned from a cancelled order do not expire.

5. How to use your wallet

• Log in (with your WhatsApp number). At checkout the wallet is ticked for you and the amount is taken off your total.
• Up to 50% of an order can be paid from your wallet; the rest by UPI / card / COD.
• Wallet works together with running offers and the free gift.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

• If an order is cancelled or refunded, the Diamonds used on it come back to your wallet in full.
• Pending cashback on that order is cancelled.
• If cashback for that order was already added, it is taken back from the wallet.

7. Good to know

• Diamonds cannot be withdrawn as cash, to a bank account or UPI, and cannot be transferred to another account.
• No interest is paid on wallet balance.
• If we see misuse or fraud, we may hold or reverse the related Diamonds.
• When rules change, this page updates itself. Cashback already in your wallet keeps its own expiry date.
