We strive to provide complete transparency and customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our products. Since different categories of products require different handling, certification, and customization processes, separate return and refund conditions apply to each category.

By placing an order with Dhanlaxmi Gems, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.

General Conditions Applicable to All Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Any request for return, replacement, exchange, or refund must be initiated within ten (10) days from the date of delivery of the product.

All products being returned must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, unaltered, and free from any physical damage, scratches, breakage, modifications, or tampering. Products must be accompanied by the original invoice, authenticity certificate, laboratory certificate(s), original packaging, documentation, and any complimentary items supplied with the order.

Products that show signs of usage, damage due to mishandling, negligence, improper storage, accidental breakage, exposure to chemicals, unauthorized alterations, resizing, drilling, mounting, or modifications performed by any third party shall not qualify for return, replacement, or refund.

All return and replacement requests are subject to a quality inspection and verification process conducted by the Dhanlaxmi Gems Quality Assurance Team. Approval or rejection of any request shall be at the sole discretion of Dhanlaxmi Gems based on the findings of such inspection.

Return Policy for Loose Gemstones

Loose gemstones purchased from Dhanlaxmi Gems are covered under our customer-friendly return policy and may be returned within ten (10) days from the date of delivery, subject to compliance with the general conditions stated above.

The gemstone must be returned in the same condition in which it was supplied and must remain free from any damage, scratches, chips, cracks, polishing, drilling, treatment, setting, mounting, or alterations of any nature. The original laboratory certificate and authenticity documentation issued with the gemstone must also accompany the return.

Upon successful inspection and verification of the returned gemstone, Dhanlaxmi Gems shall process a refund of the gemstone value. Any charges paid towards shipping, handling, insurance, independent laboratory testing, additional certification, expedited services, or other special requests shall not be refunded.

Dhanlaxmi Gems reserves the right to reject any return request if the gemstone is found to have been altered, damaged, replaced, or tampered with after delivery.

Return Policy for Gemstone Jewellery

Gemstone jewellery, including rings, pendants, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and other ready-made jewellery items, involves precious materials, craftsmanship, manufacturing costs, and gemstone setting charges. As a result, different return conditions apply to such products.

Returns for gemstone jewellery shall be considered only in cases where the product is received with a manufacturing defect, workmanship issue, or physical damage attributable to the manufacturing process. Any such issue must be reported within ten (10) days of delivery.

Products that have been worn, resized, repaired, altered, damaged through regular usage, exposed to chemicals, or modified by a third party shall not qualify for return or refund. Minor variations in gemstone appearance, inclusions, dimensions, color tone, metal finish, or handcrafted detailing shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

Upon successful inspection and approval, Dhanlaxmi Gems may, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or provide store credit for the affected product.

Policy for Customized and Made-to-Order Jewellery

Customized jewellery includes all products manufactured specifically according to customer requirements, including custom rings, personalized pendants, engraved jewellery, astrology-based jewellery, specially designed pieces, and products made according to specific gemstone, metal, size, or design preferences.

As these products are uniquely created for individual customers and cannot be resold, all customized and made-to-order jewellery sales are considered final.

Once an order has entered the manufacturing process, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

Customers acknowledge that slight variations in gemstone characteristics, handcrafted finishing, dimensions, metal weight, gemstone weight, design details, and color appearance are natural and do not constitute defects.

Where a genuine manufacturing defect is identified and verified by Dhanlaxmi Gems, the company may offer repair or replacement of the product. No cash refunds shall be applicable for customized or made-to-order jewellery.

Return Policy for Rudraksha

All Rudraksha products supplied by Dhanlaxmi Gems are carefully sourced and verified for authenticity. Due to their spiritual significance and personal usage nature, special return conditions apply.

Customers may request a return or replacement within ten (10) days of delivery provided the Rudraksha remains unused, untampered, and in its original condition with all accompanying certificates and packaging.

Any Rudraksha that has been worn, energized, consecrated, capped, mounted, threaded, modified, damaged, or altered after delivery shall not be eligible for return or refund.

Natural variations in shape, size, texture, color, surface appearance, mukhi formation, or organic characteristics are inherent to Rudraksha beads and shall not be treated as defects.

Refunds or replacements shall be processed only after successful inspection and verification by the Dhanlaxmi Gems Quality Assurance Team.

Return Policy for Bracelets

This category includes gemstone bracelets, Rudraksha bracelets, healing bracelets, crystal bracelets, and other spiritual wrist accessories.

Customers may request a replacement within ten (10) days of delivery in cases where the product is received with a manufacturing defect or transit-related damage.

Damage resulting from daily wear, overstretching, accidental breakage, exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, improper storage, or mishandling shall not be covered under this policy.

Due to hygiene, personal wear, and spiritual usage considerations, bracelets that have been worn or used shall not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Policy for Spiritual and Other Products

This category includes malas, kaudi, gomti chakra, yantras, pooja items, spiritual accessories, religious products, and similar merchandise offered by Dhanlaxmi Gems.

Returns and replacements shall only be considered if the product is received in a damaged condition or if an incorrect item has been delivered. Any such issue must be reported within ten (10) days of delivery.

Products that have been used in religious ceremonies, rituals, spiritual practices, worship activities, or personal usage shall not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Natural variations in handmade spiritual products shall not be considered defects and shall not constitute grounds for return.

Refund Processing

Once a returned product is received at our facility, it shall undergo a comprehensive inspection and verification process. Upon approval, eligible refunds shall be initiated through the original mode of payment used during the purchase.

Refund processing generally requires seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the date of approval. Financial institutions, banks, payment gateways, and credit card providers may require additional time to reflect the credited amount in the customer’s account.

Dhanlaxmi Gems shall not be responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment service providers.

Shipping, Handling and Certification Charges

Shipping charges, courier fees, insurance costs, customs duties, handling fees, cash-on-delivery charges, and similar service charges are non-refundable.

Customers shall bear all costs associated with returning products to Dhanlaxmi Gems.

Fees paid for additional laboratory certifications, independent testing reports, premium certifications, gemstone verification services, customization charges, engraving charges, or special requests are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Right to Refuse Returns

Dhanlaxmi Gems reserves the absolute right to refuse any return, refund, replacement, or exchange request if the product fails inspection, is found to be used, altered, damaged, incomplete, substituted, or returned without the required certificates, documentation, or original packaging.

Any claim found to be fraudulent, misleading, or inconsistent with the actual condition of the returned product shall be rejected without further liability on the part of Dhanlaxmi Gems.
